The Recreational players of HOU STAND
HOU STAND has a pleasant recreation department with 11 teams and an intake group. Do you feel like just playing volleyball one evening a week? Are you mainly interested in having fun and joy? Then you are welcome at the recreational teams.
We have eight mixed teams, two ladies and one men’s team at various levels (from beginner to level A) and all ages (from 17 years). There is also an intake group for new and starting volleyball players.
The teams train and play the home games in the recreational competition on Thursday evening. Away games are always on weekdays.
Intake/Starter Group
The intake group trains on Tuesday evening from 19:30 to 21:00 h at the Experience College location. The next season will start after the summer, in the week of August 20. You can apply for the waiting list by sending an email with the following information to recreanten@houstand.nl:

- 19.30-21.00 hrs. Different location each training, see field layout: XR3, XR4, XR 7, XR 8, XR9, DR1 and DR 2.
- 21.00-22.30 hrs. Different location each training, see field layout: XR1, XR2, XR5, XR6, XR10 and HR1.
Training every Tuesday in Sporthal Experience College (opposite Sporthal West) from 19.30-21.00 hrs
- Extra training for’VolleyLover’-members: 19.30-21.00 hrs.
